TweetMyJobs is a new service that leverages Twitter’s instant, broadcast messaging capabilities to send job posts to anyone who signs up at TweetMyJobs.com.

Mostly, the jobs are coming from Indeed, the jobs aggregation site that itself has maybe three-quarters of a million jobs online at any moment. Using Indeed’s jobs is just to build volume while the concept catches on. As the number of jobseekers grows, so will the original job postings. Already, about 40-50 original jobs a day are tweeted.

With 20 years of recruitment advertising experience, Phil has become an expert in all facets of the industry. After graduating from Illinois State University with a degree in Marketing, Phil quickly climbed the ranks at the Chicago Tribune; and later with the Denver Rocky Mountain News. Having started the Bayard Denver branch from the ground up, he knows all the intricacies of recruitment advertising. His hard work and customer service has resulted in a strong base of clients that have remained with Bayard Advertising for long periods of time. Phil manages the western region for Bayard Advertising, with responsibility for the company’s Denver, Los Angeles and Phoenix offices.

When not at work, Phil likes to be with his family (wife-Jen, daughter-Samantha, son-Ryan, dog-Jasper) and play golf.

As a member of Lambda Pi Eta, a national communications honor society, Christina graduated Cumme Laude from the University of Colorado at Denver with a B.A. Degree in Communications. She joined the Bayard team after working in radio advertising and has demonstrated incredible ingenuity and the intrinsic ability to adapt quickly. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from the Metro State College of Denver.

Andrea enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, reading and playing golf during the summers. Her biggest ambition is to continue traveling both domestically and abroad, hopefully seeing the world someday.
